In Store: Most product can be returned for any reason as long as it is in brand new or un-opened condition. Any parts that were ridden, or [attempted to be] installed, may not be returned. Bars that are cut by request are considered used, and cannot be returned for a full refund. Each return request is unique and under the discression of ECX. If we are responsible for an error we will do our best to make it right at no additional cost to you. Monetary refunds will be given in the form that they were paid. Cash refunds are subject to availability, if you buy a $200 scooter one day and try to return it on a slow day, you may need to come back for the cash refund if we do not have it on hand. Credit Card refunds are subject to the processing time of credit card companies.
