Shipping policy

Most orders will ship 1-3 business days after an order is placed. If your destination address is on the east coast, shipping usually is just a couple days! Most orders ship with USPS Priority (often 1-3 day shipping times) Larger orders may ship via FedEx. Tracking information is sent when we create the label for your package. 

Special shipping options are available by request. Expedited shipping can be arranged, please call before placing an order or add into your order notes to contact for requests; additional charges may apply. Most complete scooters are delivered with some assembly required, tools and instruction are often included, and we can always help over the phone. Scooters can be sent partially or fully assembled by request, additional shipping charged may apply. If you are ordering parts we can install anything for free, but you must contact us before shipment, or request in order notes- or else we must assume you do not want the parts assembled. For example, if you are ordering bars and grips, in your order notes, tell us "please put grips on". Contact for specific details. 

Orders may have signature confirmation added for the protection of the customer and ECX from theft and fraud. Signature confirmation can be added by request, or under our discretion for any reason at no additional charge to you. 

ECX is rider owned, so please take note of any special updates on ride trips or events we are attending, as this could delay shipment.
