ECX is not responsible in any way for any injury or damaged caused by the use or improper use of the products we sell. Any defective product is the responsibility of the manufacturer. We strongly encourage the use of all applicable safety gear. Photos and videos posted and promoted by ECX are not a representation of proper use. This content may be altered, staged, exaggerated or done by trained athletes or models. Any lack of safety gear in such content does not represent the views of our recommended use of product.  Scootering is an extreme action sport, parts are subject to damage and failure, and injury is common among participants. All riding is done at you're own risk, ECX is not responsible for any injury or damage related or not.
