Warranty Information

ECX is a retailer of various products, we can assist in the warranty process but are not responsible for any product defects or damages. Each warranty claim is unique, some manufacturers like to handle claims with the customer and others only handle claims through us, the retailer. Please contact us to assist you in the process. If a manufacturer is not taking care of something that is clearly wrong or an error/defect- ECX will often do what we can to make the situation right for the rider/customer. 

Please keep in mind, scooter riding is an extreme action sport that is subject to damage of product/scooters/parts. If you break something, than it is probably time to replace or upgrade. If something breaks extremely quickly or have an obvious defect, there may be a basis for a warranty claim.
